Fluctuations in electricity demand due to recent unstable climate, the spread of renewable energy, and soaring energy prices, it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain a stable supply of electricity and secure profits for the electricity retail business. Ensuring a balance between supply and demand through consumption adjustment on the demand side (DR: demand response) is becoming increasingly important. By using our demand response service, we could control consumption peaks and avoid fines due to imbalances, thereby contributing to improving the profits of the retail companies.
Furthermore, by leveraging the AI technology cultivated through NILM, we are able to contribute to the safety and security of the distribution system, such as predicting burnout of smart meters and detection of leakage current.
Additionally, we have launched a new service that uses AI to crudely analyse the breakdown of electricity usage from 30-minute data taken from current smart meters, founded on our NILM technology we cultivated over the years. It is a huge benefit that we can add value to an excisting data flow.

We provide "BrigeLab DR", a demand response support service that provides a one-stop solution for the electricity retailers. It is a series of operations necessaryto run demand response, such as requesting customers to participate in demand response and calculating each saving effects. Retailers can quickly start demand response using our cloud-based support service.
