IoT home with a single sensor and app

Using NILM technology, you can easily see the electricity usage status of each home appliance using “ienowa”, without having to replace it with a more costly smart home appliance. Furthermore, by linking “ienowa” with smart locks and smart home appliance controllers, you can easily create an IoT home.

AI character will interact with the consumer to provide useful information, such as consumption breakdown by major home applinaces, estimated month-end bill.

Easy to setup an IoT home

By using “ienowa”, you can not only visualise electricity usage status, but also flexibly connect with various IoT devices, such as smart locks and smart home appliance controllers (*3). You can make it smarter. There are cases where home builder companies and others provide the “ienowa” service and IoT devices as a package for their IoT home lineup.

Notifications can be sent to the app

“Ienowa” service is provided via home builder and/or property management companies. These companies can send notifications to “ienowa” from the sales support tool “hitonowa” (*4). Customer facing communications such as after-sales maintenance and promotions can be sent, making it possible to provide additional services that are beneficial for both.
