AI character “Chobi” makes it fun to use the app
AI character will interact with the consumer to provide useful information, such as consumption breakdown by major home applinaces, estimated month-end bill.

By using “ienowa”, you can not only visualise electricity usage status, but also flexibly connect with various IoT devices, such as smart locks and smart home appliance controllers (*3). You can make it smarter. There are cases where home builder companies and others provide the “ienowa” service and IoT devices as a package for their IoT home lineup.

Notifications can be sent to the app
“Ienowa” service is provided via home builder and/or property management companies. These companies can send notifications to “ienowa” from the sales support tool “hitonowa” (*4). Customer facing communications such as after-sales maintenance and promotions can be sent, making it possible to provide additional services that are beneficial for both.
